  • Domestic Orders (within China):
    • Standard shipping: Free for orders over ¥300
    • Orders under ¥300: A flat shipping fee of ¥30 will apply
    • Expedited shipping: Fees vary based on the delivery location and speed. Please check at checkout for options and fees.
  • International Orders:
    • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We recommend reviewing your country’s customs policies before placing an international order to understand any additional charges.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay in processing.

  • P.O. Boxes:
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
